Terms and Conditions

Promoter

Competition Period
Commences 12:00am AEDT 10 February 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST 9 August 2026.

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible. No purchase is required.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit:

  • One photograph of their horse
  • The horse’s name
  • The horse’s age
  • The horse’s type or discipline
  • A valid email address
  • A mobile phone number
  • Postcode of residence

Entries must be submitted via the nominated entry method during the Competition Period.

Image Use
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use submitted images and details for promotional and brand storytelling purposes, without materially misrepresenting the horse.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. Skill or merit will not influence the outcome.

Draw Details
The draw will take place on [insert date] using an electronic random draw system at the Promoter’s registered office.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five business days of the draw. If uncontactable within fourteen days, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.

Prize Description
One twelve-month supply of BComplete Equine Feed for one average adult horse, calculated at the recommended feeding rate and supplied in instalments.

Prize Commencement
Prize supply will commence within fourteen days of winner confirmation and run for twelve consecutive months.

Delivery
Delivery is available within Australia only. The winner must provide safe delivery access. Missed or refused deliveries may be forfeited.

Use & Storage
The product is for equine use only and must be stored and used in accordance with label instructions.

Trade Promotion Compliance
This competition is a trade promotion lottery conducted in accordance with Australian state and territory laws. Permits are not required except in the Northern Territory where applicable.

Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will occur in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Privacy
Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability is limited to replacement of the prize or the unredeemed portion of the prize.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Acceptance
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
